This website is run by John'O Handyman, 124 Seven Sisters Road, London N7 6AE. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through it.

You can contact us about your data on 07404 895858.

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), postcode, the type of job, whether you're a homeowner, tenant, landlord, letting agent or business, your message, and how you found us. We also record which page of the site you sent it from.

If you call or WhatsApp us, we'll have your phone number and whatever you send us, such as photos of the job.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. We use the 'how did you find us' answer to understand which of our advertising works.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Enquiries are emailed to us through SendGrid, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf and may process it outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to the site. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them unless we have to keep records for tax or legal reasons.

This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details above.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
